Myth #1: There are very few people\nin higher levels of consciousness<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The first myth to tackle is the idea that there are very few people in higher levels of consciousness. That it even might be something that only happens to someone once in a thousand years, and so on.\u00a0<\/p>

Over the last decade, at least one research project has been done with literally thousands of individuals who experience higher levels of consciousness. That same project estimates that there are probably millions of people around the world who experience higher levels of consciousness, if not tens of millions.<\/p>

In reality, Finders are all over the place. They are often hiding in plain sight choosing not to let others know \u2013 because often they aren\u2019t around anyone else who experiences what they do, and they learn very quickly that when they start to talk about how they experience the world that other people find it weird. So they just shut up and go about living their lives.<\/p>

There is truly no shortage of people who experience higher levels of consciousness, and research has shown that there has been an increase in people transitioning since around 1996. The researchers attribute this to the moment where the internet had matured to the point to facilitate an entirely new level of global information sharing, which included information about higher levels of consciousness.<\/p>

The best current estimate is that about 1\/2 of one percent of the population experience higher levels of consciousness in developed nations, but that could be a significant underestimate \u2013 as we\u2019ll discuss in the next the second myth.<\/p>
